Tutorial
What can I use nirmi.org for? ...and how?

Nirmi.org gives you access to a variety of ecological data from the restoration sites that we monitor. However, your options might not be obvious at first glance.

This brief tutorial will show you how to find the information that you're looking for, based on your interests :

I want to look at detailed data from a single site.
I want to look at data patterns across multiple sites.
I want a full list of all data analysis possibilities.
I'm interested in specific species, not a specific site.
What? What is this site?
How can I contact NIRMI?

I want to look at data from a specific site.
Sure. This page will show you what you can find, and how.

I want to look at patterns across multiple sites.
No problem. This page will give you the details.

I'd like a full list of the data and analyses I can access, regardless of scope.
Serious business! Go here.

That's an option from the drop-down menu on the data page, or just click here. You'll see a long list of all the species we've found, and choosing one will show you a distribution map with links to relevant sites.
NOTE : to protect native species, this list does not include any endangered or protected plants.

What? What is this site?
Briefly put, we monitor restoration sites and share the data on this website. A more detailed explanation can be found here.
